Bio Lazyeye Biography
Lazyeye is an Atlanta rock band that has been making music since high school (1996). All through college and the long journey since; Chris Giessen (bass), Jacob Heaven (guitar), and Paul Devon Lewow (vocals) have been creating solid and memorable rock music together. In 2006 they were lucky enough to work with and record their Lazyeye CD with the legendary drummer Tony Royster Jr. Tony is currently the drummer for Jay Z.
Lazyeye recorded a rock remix of Ludacris's single "Get Back" and performed the song with Ludacris on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and on the Spike TV Video Game Awards, in December of 2004. The "Get Back: Rock Remix" was also featured in the remake of the movie The Longest Yard, and later covered by the band Sum 41. Howard Stern featured Lazyeye's song "When the Lights Go Out" on his radio show in October 2007, and Howard is quoted as saying "I like these guys ... They are good; they deserve some attention." Lazyeye's song "Blood in the Air" was featured on the gold-selling album Ludacris Presents: Disturbing tha Peace.
The road of life is long, and Lazyeye continues to create great music together to this day. Maybe someday the whole world will love Lazyeye music as much as Lazyeye loves to write Lazyeye music...
